New Program Structure

The MS-IBF Program has been revamped to meet industry needs and the HEC guidelines. The program now consists of 42-credit hours to be completed in minimum duration of 1.5 years and maximum 4 years. Students will be required to take 9 core courses of 3 credit hours each, along with 3 electives and MS thesis/alternative coursework/research project. The new program structure will be implemented from Fall 2020 and the following core and elective courses shall be part of it.

  • Complete 6 Credit Hours of Master’s Thesis,
  •                          OR
  • Complete 1 additional elective course and an M.S. research project  in place of M.S. thesis. The grade on M.S. thesis and M.S. research project would be pass/fail and will not be counted in the CGPA
